• Inspection or visiting charges are non-refundable once the technician has visited the location.

• These charges apply regardless of whether the repair is approved or declined after inspection.

Service Charges

• Service/labor charges are non-refundable once the work has been completed.

• If a service cannot be completed due to technical limitations or unavailable parts, only the applicable portion of charges may be considered for adjustment at our discretion.

Spare Parts & Replacements

• Charges for spare parts are non-refundable once installed.

• If a defective part is identified within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced, not refunded.

• No refund will be issued for damages caused by misuse, power fluctuations, water damage, or external factors.
