3. Charges and Payments

  • Payments must be completed upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

4. Inspection / Visiting Charges

  • Visiting charges apply once a technician is dispatched.

  • These charges are non-refundable, even if the service is not approved after inspection.

5. Cancellations

  • Cancellations should be made prior to technician dispatch.

  • If cancelled after dispatch or arrival, applicable visiting charges will apply.

  • Repeated cancellations may affect future service availability.

6. Service Execution

  • Customers must provide accurate information about the issue and ensure safe access to the service location.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or misrepresented.

7. Spare Parts

  • Spare parts used during repairs may be new or compatible replacements, depending on availability.

  • Availability and delivery timelines for parts may vary.

  • Once installed, parts are non-returnable and non-refundable.

8. Warranty

  • Warranty, if provided, is limited to the specific service or parts replaced.

  • Warranty terms are governed separately under our Warranty Policy.

  • Warranty becomes void in cases of misuse, tampering, or third-party intervention.

9. Limitation of Liability
