What is Covered

Spare Parts Warranty
Spare parts replaced during service may carry a limited warranty, depending on the part type and supplier.
If a part fails within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced, not refunded.
Availability of replacement parts is subject to market conditions.
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty validity, customers must:
Use the appliance under normal operating conditions
Ensure proper power supply and protection (e.g., stabilizer if required)
Avoid unauthorized repairs or modifications
Retain invoice or service receipt as proof of warranty
Service Visits Under Warranty
Warranty service visits may be free or chargeable depending on location and service conditions.
If the issue is found to be outside warranty scope, applicable service charges will apply.
